Introduction Concept 2000

The Concept 2000 found its start in 1995 and was the successor of the IBS2000 system (1980-1995). The modules of the Concept 2000 are backwards-compatible with the modules of the IBS 2000 system. The relay and dimmer modules can operate autonomously. Modes or light scenes are performed by the modules that link data transmission via the local bus to the actors and that in turn the necessary functions.

The modules of the Concept 2000 let themselves via an IR remote program or the software in combination with the IR interface XP78. In mid-2010 it was succeeded by the new Concept 2000 Concept 2000XP what a lot of advantages bidding. The modules of the Concept 2000 are back available and can be replaced by those of the Concept 2000XP.

CP11: Power supply 18VDC 17VA

Power supply type CP11 is a 18 volt DC power supply non-stabilised for the Concept 2000 system. The unit can supply 17 VA at 18 VDC and so enough to supply 5 pieces of relay-module CP24. In an installation, the number of power supplies is in relation to the number of modules used and if there are leds or others connected to the led-outputs. The power supply is provided via the 3-pin connector, which is connected to the modules. Plus (18 VDC), minus and data are connected via this plug.

CP20: Switch-Link with 8 channels

The Switch-Link CP20 is an input module with 8 channels where pushbuttons, sensors and other components can connect. The Switch-Link is designed for sending in an Concept 2000 installation modes like "all off", "all on", "light on / off" with mood lighting to be dimmed by the dimmers. In other cases, it can be used in order to achieve special modes. It is only possible to install a maximum of four units of Switch-Link CP20 in a bus system, which makes it possible to send to 32 channels.

CP24: Universal Relay Module with 4 outputs

The universal relay module CP24 is a programmable relay module with four outputs (2x2) and two common inputs 13A. The module has four direct inputs to control the 4 relays. The inputs are default programmed as teleruptor. Through programming other functions, such as relays or staircase lighting with adjustable time are possible. Furthermore, it is possible to program the relay to mutually locks which is useful for the control of curtain motors and others with the functions auxiliary-/pulse- / relay in combination with a time function.

A 13A relay is provided for switching the mains. CP31BC regulates logarithmically and has a built-in soft start. The dimmer has a direct pulse input. When taking the bus, up to 40 programmed functions are carried out for the realization of modes and this includes the actions like per 10 percent dimming, up and down, fade time and daylight management functions.

The module contains and responds to an action list consisting of up to 40 preprogrammed functions such as light scenes. Via the Consonbus/Conbus actions such as 10% dimming, UP/DOWN, fade functions can be performed.

The CP33LR is a 3-channel dimmer 3 x 240VA to control resistive and inductive loads. The CP33LR regulates logarithmic and has a built in soft start, overload protection and reporting of neutral interruption. Each of the three channels can operate a charge up to 240VA. The CP33LR has 5 direct pulse inputs, three for the dimming of the three channels, one for dimming all three together and one to choose from one scene of the four pre-programmed scenes . CP70A: IR-Link Module

Remote control module IR Link CP70A is designed to operate the installation using a 38kHz IR remote control such as the Conkey CP79 (32 channels) or freely programmable remote like the Philips Pronto, Logitec and others. The IR-link CP70A can send up to eight channels to the Conbus and up to eight IR-eye can be connected. It is only possible to install a maximum of four units of IR-Link CP70 in a bus system, which makes it possible to send to 32 channels.

BEO-Link type CP70B is designed to control the CONCEPT2000 with Bang & Olufsen remote control. The module can also be used in older installations of Conson or others. The BEO-link CP70B eight channels can post on the Conbus. Up to 4 pieces CP70B applied, said up to 32 channels to operate.

CP70C: UHF-Link Module

The UHF link CP70C is an 8-channel UHF decoder for wireless control of lighting, curtains, motors, etc.. Conson uses a frequency of 40.686 MHz for its operations and is not malfunction of many other products present on the market that e.g. one 433.92 MHz frequency. The UHF-Link CP70C can sent eight channels to the Conbus. It is only possible to install a maximum of four units of UHF-Link CP70C in a bus system, which makes it possible to send to 32 channels.
